Design Engineer (Mechanical) Name:DesignEngineer (Mechanical ) Role:Design Engineer Industry:Manufacturer Location:Udaipur (Rajasthan)Job Type:Full Time Experience:1- 10yearsSkills:Autocad,SolidWorks, 3D CAD,Sheet Metal Salary:Best in the industry Education:BTech/Diploma(Mechanical) Description: Experience in working on 3D CAD software, preferably, SolidWorks (1to 10Years). Should have experience in 3-D Modelling, Assembly, Layout, and Detailing of the drawings like Machines, Sheet Metal- Jigs & Fixtures. Exposure to Plastic part modeling, Mold Tool designing, and manufacturing Processes. Should be able to read and make mechanical drawings, Think creatively, and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Should have experience in Sheet Metal designing and manufacturing processes. Should have hands-on experience in Product development, Engineering systems & BOM. Ability to handle projects alone or work with a team. Should have knowledge of Product Engineering:How the product evolves, product life cycle, etc. Should be able to carry out design calculations, component selection, design layout & Preparation of BOM as per manufacturing procedures and standards. Should be able to Identify and work on Cost reduction & Product improvement areas and take initiatives for improving Product Reliability. Should be good in Microsoft excel and Microsoft word. Maintaining records as per ISO 9001-2000 quality system. Should have good communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
