Responsibilities Design HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects. Conduct load calculations and thermal analysis to determine system requirements. Select appropriate HVAC equipment based on project specifications. Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate HVAC systems into building designs. Perform site visits to assess existing systems and identify improvement opportunities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience in HVAC system design, preferably in commercial settings. Strong understanding of HVAC principles, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC Load Explorer). Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
