Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project requirements are met. Develop detailed project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project decisions and designs. Prepare and review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to engineering designs, safety protocols, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support to project team members and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience in civil engineering project management, ideally 3+ years in a similar role. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and relevant software applications. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
