Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and analytical Design Engineer – FEA to perform structural simulations and stress analysis to support product development. The candidate should be well-versed in finite element methods, material behavior, and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structural, thermal, dynamic, and fatigue analysis using FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh).
Develop detailed 3D models and simulation-ready meshes from CAD data.
Interpret simulation results and provide design optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with design, product, and testing teams to validate simulation results.
Ensure models are aligned with physical test results and engineering requirements.
Prepare detailed analysis reports and documentation.
Apply relevant industry standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO, etc.) in analysis work.
Support failure analysis and root cause investigations using simulation data.
Designing of new product, understand new design prepare demo save time and cost, updated with new development with the market
Good knowledge of designing and different tools
