We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager with experience in the steel structure, pre-engineered building (PEB), or construction materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting our steel structure products and services in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Business Development Identify new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to increase market share. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Promote steel structures, PEB systems, fabricated components, and related services. 2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Generate qualified leads through field visits, digital marketing, exhibitions, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, builders, and EPC companies. Prepare sales pitches, product presentations, and proposals as per client requirements. 3. Branding & Communication Create marketing materials such as brochures, technical sheets, case studies, videos, and online content. Manage digital marketing activities: website, SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Participate in trade fairs, expos, seminars, and industry events to promote brand visibility. 4. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with the design, engineering, and production teams to deliver accurate technical solutions to clients. Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and marketing performance updates. Ensure timely follow-up with clients for project finalization and payment closure. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred). Minimum 2–7 years of experience in steel structure/PEB/fabrication/construction materials marketing. Strong understanding of steel structures, drawings, fabrication processes, and project execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
