Role Overview As a Trade Documentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless export operations. With a clean slate to establish efficient documentation and logistics processes, you will have the autonomy to innovate and streamline workflows in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage export documentation, including CHA (Customs House Agent), bank, and customs paperwork, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with CHAs and Freight Forwarders (FF) to facilitate smooth logistics and timely shipments. Verify accuracy of documents to meet quality and regulatory standards. Maintain organized records of all documentation for audits and reference. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between documentation and operational needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in commerce, logistics, or a related field (preferred). Knowledge of export documentation processes and customs regulations. Strong Legal Compliance knowledge. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge about the tobacco industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup environment.
