This is a Gurgaon-based leadership role ideal for a seasoned trader with a proven track record in options strategy, risk management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the Options Trading Desk: Take full ownership of options trading strategies, execution, and team operations. Generate High-Accuracy Calls: Deliver daily options market calls with an accuracy rate of 80%+ , maintaining a strong risk-reward ratio. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct and share real-time market research, technical and derivative analysis to guide users and internal teams. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of traders and analysts; establish a performance-driven culture. System Development: Work closely with product and tech teams to design robust trading and risk management systems, dashboards, and automation tools. Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure all trades comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk controls. User Engagement: Actively contribute to user-facing content, webinars, and market outlooks to enhance brand credibility. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in options trading (index and/or stock derivatives). Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of delivering profitable and consistent trading performance. Strong Analytical Mindset: Proficient in technical analysis, derivative strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Leadership Skills: Experience leading a high-performance trading or research team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for sharing calls, views, and reports with the community. Technology Friendly: Comfort working with tools like TradingView, Excel, Python/R (optional), and backtesting platforms.
