Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Surgical Assistant located in Delhi, India. The Surgical Assistant will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assisting during surgical procedures, and ensuring that all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use. The role requires close collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure successful surgical outcomes. The Surgical Assistant will also be involved in maintaining sterile environments and handling surgical technology and instruments efficiently. Qualifications Experience in Operating Room procedures and Surgical Assisting Proficiency in Surgical Technology and techniques Knowledge of Medicine and medical terminology Skills in Sterilization of instruments and maintaining sterile environments Excellent teamwork and communication skills Ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Relevant certification or diploma in Surgical Technology or related field Previous experience in an operating room or surgical setting is preferred
