Job Title: Executive/Deputy Medical Superintendent Location: Patna (Bihar) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 12-20 years in hospital administration. Reporting To: Chairmen/Director Salary: 1,50,000/ to- 2,00,000/- lacs per Month. Job Description: About the Role: We’re looking for a committed and capable Medical Superintendent to lead our hospital’s clinical and operational functions. This is a leadership role that requires balancing the demands of patient care, team management, compliance, and hospital performance. If you’re someone who brings both compassion and discipline to healthcare, and can uphold the highest standards in a busy hospital environment, we’d love to work with you. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise daily clinical operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Emergency , and diagnostic services. · Lead medical, nursing, and paramedical teams with efficiency and empathy. · Ensure adherence to MCI/NMC, NABH/NABL, and other relevant healthcare regulations. · Manage hospital operations, budgeting , and cost-effectiveness across departments. · Oversee quality assurance, patient safety, biomedical waste, and infection control protocols. · Handle medico-legal cases and maintain proper documentation. · Organize CMEs, audits, and team development programs. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements and best practices. · Serve as the point of contact for health authorities and compliance bodies. Qualifications: · MBBS (mandatory) with a postgraduate degree/diploma in Hospital Administration (MHA/MD Hospital Admin/MBA Healthcare). · Valid registration with MCI/NMC. Skills & Competencies: · Hospital Operations Management · Budgeting and Financial Oversight · Regulatory Compliance (MCI/NMC, NABH, etc.) · Clinical Governance and Quality Control · Knowledge of Current Medical Practices · Medico-Legal Case Handling · Leadership & Team Coordination · Digital Health Awareness (EMR/HMIS) · Commitment to Continuous Learning Experience: · Minimum 12-20 years of clinical experience, with vast experience in a hospital leadership role. · Experience in multispecialty, NABH-accredited, or government hospital settings preferred.
