Deputy Manager Operations Risk, Trust, Payments & Analytics

Job Description

Cross functional departments co-ordination for Risk & Trust initiatives Work on Target related to the Risk & Trust Conduct training and educational sessions across the region on the Risk and Trust hygienes Periodic co-ordinates with Global risk, Regional Customer Support and Business Teams for any issues or initiatives Data analysis on the risky sellers on site.Co-ordinate with Global partners for any issues related to eBay onboarding process Credit card payments issues resolution Banking and Payment gateway relationships Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders as appropriate addressing any relevant queries to ensure various payment issues are resolved Maintain close relationships with Global treasury and finance operations team Work with eBay Global teams for co-ordination of new Payment launches, Tax issues, Product issues and ongoing operational issues and resolve them Periodic liaison with Chartered Accountant for money transfers to eBay parent company bank accounts Regular liaison with eBay tied-up Payment processor for KYC issues and co-ordinate with internal teams for resolution of seller issues with Payment processor Plan, implement and drive recovery of the bad debts in co-ordination with Category and legal team Work and drive loss reduction programs with Global Risk team Work with Marketing team for any operational efficiency improvement seller communications and launches
