Position Overview

The Deputy Manager CAT SPARC is responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of the Customer Acquisition Team (CAT) and monitoring sales performance through SPARC frameworks. The role focuses on achieving business targets, managing field teams, analyzing performance data, ensuring compliance, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and customer acquisition outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance Management (SPARC)

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly SPARC dashboards for branch and field sales activity.
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversion ratios, pipeline health, and productivity metrics.
  • Identify gaps in performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support initiatives to improve the efficiency of CAT operations and overall sales effectiveness.

2. Customer Acquisition Support (CAT)

  • Lead the Customer Acquisition Team to achieve business targets across assigned branches or regions.
  • Supervise lead allocation, follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure timely resolution of field-level operational issues and escalations.
  • Drive customer acquisition campaigns and initiatives to maximize conversion.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and guide Assistant Managers, Senior Officers, and field staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team productivity.
  • Support training programs to build capabilities within CAT and SPARC operations.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and review MIS reports and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Analyze trends, monitor achievement of targets, and highlight key insights.
  • Assist in strategic decision-making through actionable data-driven recommendations.

5. Process Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
  • Conduct audits and quality checks on documentation and processes.
  • Implement corrective actions for process deviations and compliance breaches.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with branches, operations, marketing, and analytics teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Participate in review meetings and provide insights on team and branch performance.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and senior management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Exposure to CAT/SPARC operations or sales analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets is highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
