Position Overview

The Deputy Manager CAT Elite is responsible for driving high-quality customer acquisition and managing performance for the Elite segment. The role focuses on supporting premium acquisition channels, enhancing productivity, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring process adherence, and enabling elite team members to achieve business targets. This position works closely with sales leadership, operations, and quality teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery for the Elite segment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Elite Segment Acquisition Management

  • Drive customer acquisition for the Elite segment and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Support frontline teams and relationship managers with lead allocation, pipeline tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Monitor customer journeys to ensure smooth onboarding and enhance the experience of high-value clients.

2. Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Maintain and analyze daily/weekly sales dashboards for Elite channel performance.
  • Identify gaps in productivity, activity levels, and conversion metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to Sales Managers and field teams for continuous improvement.
  • Support performance reviews with data-driven recommendations.

3. Process Excellence & Compliance

  • Ensure all acquisition processes follow compliance, KYC, and internal audit standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on customer applications and documentation.
  • Work with operations to resolve process delays, discrepancies, or customer escalations promptly.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Training, and Quality to support the Elite acquisition channel.
  • Support regional/branch teams by providing timely data, performance updates, and operational assistance.
  • Participate in strategy meetings, business reviews, and process enhancement initiatives.

5. Training & Enablement

  • Provide Elite teams with updates on product features, process changes, and acquisition best practices.
  • Assist in organizing capability-building sessions on sales techniques and activity management.
  • Mentor and support new recruits in the Elite acquisition channel.

6. Customer Experience Enhancement

  • Ensure high-touch service standards for Elite customers.
  • Monitor turnaround times (TAT) and resolve onboarding bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure seamless post-acquisition service.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with Elite/Premium segments or high-value customer channels is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, digital acquisition platforms, and performance dashboards is an advantage.
