Dental Surgeon

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Dentist responsible for end-to-end patient care along with day-to-day clinical administration. The role requires independent treatment planning, execution of dental procedures, coordination with consultants, and efficient clinic management using dental software.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Diagnose and treat patients independently from initial consultation to completion of treatment
• Prepare comprehensive treatment plans, explain options, costs, and timelines to patients
• Perform routine and advanced dental procedures within scope of practice
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, sterilization standards, and patient safety
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical records

Patient Management

• Conduct and monitor patient follow-ups
• Handle treatment progress reviews and post-procedure care
• Ensure high standards of patient communication and satisfaction
• Address patient concerns and manage clinical escalations

Consultant Coordination

• Identify cases requiring specialist intervention
• Schedule and coordinate consultants (orthodontist, oral surgeon, implantologist, etc.)
• Assist consultants when required and ensure continuity of care

Administrative & Software Responsibilities

• Update and maintain patient records, treatment notes, billing, and follow-ups in clinic software
• Ensure treatment plans, appointments, and payments are correctly entered
• Support clinic owner/management with clinical reporting and documentation
• Follow SOPs related to scheduling, consent forms, and treatment documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
