Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using dental software. Provide basic information about services, insurance, and policies. Ensure the waiting area is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Administrative Tasks Maintain patient records: input, update, and retrieve data as needed. Manage intake forms and consent documents. Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Insurance & Billing Verify insurance eligibility and coverage. Submit insurance claims and follow up on unpaid claims. Explain billing procedures and assist patients with payment plans. Communication Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Remind patients of upcoming appointments and recall visits. Relay messages between patients and clinical staff accurately. Compliance & Confidentiality Adhere to HIPAA or local privacy regulations. Ensure all paperwork and procedures follow dental office protocols.
