Dental Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Smiles & Scans, a growing and well-established dental clinic located in Sunny Enclave, Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to assist in all aspects of dental care and patient handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures (chair-side assistance)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and materials
• Take and process digital X-rays (if trained)
• Maintain patient records and update files
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and proper infection control
• Help manage appointments and front desk (if required)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Dental Assisting or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of dental procedures and instruments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and grow in a clinical environment
• Freshers welcome – Training can be provided
