We are expanding our healthcare training programs and are looking for a qualified and passionate Dental Assistant Trainer to join our team in Kottakkal.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct theory and practical sessions for dental assistant trainees.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments.
• Train students in clinical procedures, patient care, and dental lab work.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure safety standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Dental Assistance / Dental Hygiene / Dentistry.
• Prior experience in dental practice or teaching preferred.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Passion for education and student development.
