DENTAL ACRYLIC TECHNICIAN

To construct, process, and finish dental prosthetics made of acrylic resin, including complete dentures, partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, and temporary crowns/bridges, ensuring durability, accuracy, and patient comfort.

• Prosthetic Fabrication
• Fabrication of complete and partial acrylic dentures.
• Processing orthodontic appliances, bite splints, night guards, and retainers.
• Construction of temporary crowns and bridges using acrylic.
• Material Handling
• Proper mixing, curing, and handling of acrylic resin materials.
• Knowledge of different types of acrylic (heat-cure, cold-cure, self-cure, light-cure).
• Safe use of monomer and polymer materials.
• Technical Work
• Flasking, packing, curing, trimming, and finishing of acrylic dentures.
• Repair and relining of broken or ill-fitting dentures.
• Using articulators for occlusal adjustments.

5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
