It builds interconnected ecosystems across Integrated Manufacturing and the Mobility Circular Economy, enabling real-time optimization, predictive insights, and transparent data sharing. Developed in India as a new business initiative by DENSO, Solwer brings together multiple applications—such as Transport & Warehouse Management, Mobility Aftermarket solutions, Vehicle Digital Inspection, and Carbon Footprint Management—into a unified data platform. With proven adoption in the Indian market, Solwer is now moving into a global scale-up phase as a core pillar of DENSO’s digital and data-driven business strategy. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Execution & Requirements Management Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements and user stories Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with business goals Support sprint planning, grooming, and acceptance of completed features 2. Customer & Market Understanding Participate in customer meetings, demos, and structured feedback sessions Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities Validate problem statements and product assumptions through user research 3. KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Monitor product usage, adoption, and performance KPIs Identify gaps, propose actionable improvements, and support iteration cycles Work with the Senior Product Manager to refine growth levers and success metrics 4. Collaboration with Engineering & Business Teams Work closely with engineering to ensure clarity of requirements and timely delivery Partner with business development for solution proposals and customer onboarding Coordinate with QA for test case alignment and product quality validation 5. Cross-Functional Alignment Support release planning, documentation, and internal enablement activities Facilitate smooth communication across engineering, QA, design, operations, and business teams Ensure product decisions are data-driven and aligned with the Solwer roadmap Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager in SaaS products Experience working on B2B or enterprise SaaS Strong skills in requirement gathering, backlog management, and user story creation Understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate closely with engineering Analytical mindset with ability to interpret product KPIs and customer data Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with customers Preferred Experience Experience in manufacturing, mobility, logistics, or related industries (preferred but not mandatory) Experience in high-growth SaaS or startup/scale-up environments Exposure to global teams or multicultural collaboration Experience with data-driven SaaS products such as analytics, workflow automation, or AI-powered tools Soft Skills Strong ownership and proactive execution mindset Structured thinking and problem-solving capability Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively Collaborative and transparent working style Why Join Solwer Work on high-impact SaaS products scaling from India to global markets Directly contribute to DENSO’s next-generation digital and data business Collaborate with senior leaders driving global innovation High ownership, rapid learning, and career growth in a fast-paced environment
