Ro le & Responsibilities: Support and perform periodic maintenance (e.g. Security token/cert update, pwd upload to Cyber Ark) of all Denodo servers, services, and Denodo components, Monitoring and check health of the Denodo servers, services, all Denodo components and supporting infrastructures, drivers, softwares, Vulnerability resolution/coordination/exception management, First point of contact for Denodo Alerts, Incidents. Incident Management and problem management for platform related issues. Perform RCA. (e.g. Provide support to application job failure investigation), User Management On boarding/DE provisioning, S/W support, Access control and access compliance, Cater to the requests from app team, consumers. (eq. Delta Generation, Vdb refreshes, data source setup/configuration), Work with upstream and downstream to establish and maintain data connections, Application or configuration change deployment. Release management for Denodo Infra related changes, Liaison with product support for service request and providing requested data, Perform periodic back up to ensure application recovery. Perform DR exercise/activity and support related activities to ensure availability and reliability of Denodo platform, Work with server and infra team to ensure server level backup, Denodo patches. Version upgrade/migration. Support impact analysis for decommissioning of assets, Automation of repetitive tasks/monitoring and alerts, Attend to performance issue that can be addressed at Denodo administration level. Fix of performance issue due to application design/implementation is out of scope, however support is provided, Documentations like SDP/SOP/DR. Support SDLC audits, Support to Enterprise Architect Team, Denodo Architectural Change Implementation, New Integrations research and implementation, Infra support to Complex Projects, Security compliance implementations, Internal Denodo Infra Projects, Automation to gain efficiency, AD integration/SSO implementation, CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated deployment, Documentation supporting Architectural changes and related SDLC, Major Product patch research or impact analysis, implementation, Support product adoption by new team, Support and perform test of the upstream and downstream changes and validate data flow.
