Greetings from HCL Technologies! We are pleased to inform you that we currently have an opening for JDA - Demand Planning & Demand Fulfillment + ESP (SCM) - location @Pan India. Skill: JDA - Demand Planning & Demand Fulfillment Experience: 4 - 15 years As part of this role, you will be required to liaise with business users, client managers, and specialists to understand the requirements and problem statements. Your responsibilities will include owning the overall design of JDA template for Supply and Inventory Planning to meet customer requirements. You will guide the template design by considering best practices, standard functionality, scalability, and sustainability. In addition, you will lead the Demand & Supply Planning process, including technical design, build, testing, and training. It will be your responsibility to document all external interface requirements and support the Business Integration team in writing Functional Designs (FDs), Field Mapping Documents (FMDs), and Technical Designs (TDs). You will define Demand & Supply Planning data requirements, test scenarios, and cases associated with data requirements. Reporting issues/bugs to JDA and tracking their resolution, taking independent decisions, interacting directly with customers, and demonstrating conference room pilots with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are all part of this role. You will also be involved in carrying out Development/upgrade/support tasks as assigned, reviewing technical specs, and coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications.
