Our medical experts review medical records, consult with attorneys, and prepare detailed reports. Role Description and Requirement for Experienced candidates: This is a full-time on-site role for medical and life science graduates with 3+ years of experience in the medical record review field. Role Profile: Verifying accuracy and completeness: Ensuring that AI document content, narratives and tables are consistent and align with the source documents. Identifying discrepancies and deviations: Detecting the errors, deviation from established protocols, SOPs, and guidelines Ensuring compliance: Making sure that all reviewed documents adhere to company polices, industry standards Providing feedback and recommendations: Offering constructive feedback to medical reviewers to improve the quality of medical information. Collaborating with teams: Working with other departments like demand letter, narrative summary, and life care plan to resolve the issues related to the cases. Maintaining documentation: Properly documenting the QC reviews, QC scores with the resources. Staying updated: Keeping updated with the latest guidelines, SOPs Contributing to process improvement: Adherent to the QC checklist, client templates and SOPs to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the medical review process. Quality Check of medical records and Reviewing medical records and preparing medical summaries such as PI-chronology, Indexing, Med-Mal chronology, demand letters etc. and preparing detailed summaries. Proficient any one process at least Ability to analyze a case of medical malpractice, personal injury Performing the Case Analysis and Peer Review (Quality check) Perform medical review, validate follow-up request and perform the medical assessment Look at each individual medical record to check for missing documentation; Prioritize workloads to ensure expedited cases are processed within defined timelines Responsible for the timely completion of individual cases and meeting the SLA for data entry and case analysis activity The successful candidates will collaborate with attorneys and insurance companies to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports are delivered in a timely manner. Required Qualifications: BDS/ MDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/MPT/ BSc (Nursing) /MSc (Nursing)Science graduates with strong medical knowledge and 3+ years of experience in reviewing medical records(QC Level). Required Skills: Ability to prepare medical chronology, demand letter, life care plan, future cost projections, and more Indexing and Narrative summary Strong knowledge and understanding of medical records and terminology Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and summarizing medical information Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Adaptability, Team work , Time Management, Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using medical software and technology Previous experience in medical review or related fields is preferred Fluency in English is compulsory Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy. Proficient in MS Office applications and typing skills Special Note: I mmediate joiners who are willing to work from our Bangalore office will be offered good package.
