Job Description: Sales Executive Position: Sales Executive Experience: 2 to 3 Years Location: Pune Industry: Container Housing / Container Warehousing Solutions Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, conducting cold calls, pitching our container housing and container warehousing solutions, and converting prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B sales and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, online research, and networking. Contact potential customers and explain container housing/warehousing solutions effectively. Conduct product presentations, pitches, and follow-ups with prospective clients. Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/solution recommendations. Maintain and update the sales pipeline on a regular basis. Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, design, project) for proposal preparation. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and negotiation documents. Maintain records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools / ERP Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred). 23 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, prefab, modular buildings, real estate, or industrial solutions. Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to perform cold calling and handle client objections effectively. Good understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and customer relationship building. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) / ERP Preferred Attributes Prior experience selling prefab structures, modular cabins, portable cabins, or warehousing solutions. Familiarity with industrial construction clients, builders, contractors, and manufacturing companies. Ability to learn technical aspects of container housing products quickly.
