Delphi Senior Developer

As a software developer in this role, you will play a vital part in helping design, build, and enhance the client's online platform. Your responsibilities will include researching, proposing, and executing new technology solutions according to industry best practices. You should possess 4-6 years of software development experience, with a specific focus on Delphi. Your expertise will be utilized in developing Windows native applications using Delphi technologies. Active participation in DevOps build activities to optimize the development process will be expected. Converting user stories into well-defined designs, code, and unit tests will be part of your routine tasks. Being recognized as a skilled Delphi developer with exposure to Windows subsystems, SQL databases, and Git is desirable. Your background should include formal technology training or prior commercial experience, along with demonstrable database skills in MSSQL. A solid grasp of Object-Oriented (OO) principles and design patterns is crucial for success in this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential qualities. You should be receptive to learning modern technologies and programming languages, leveraging available training resources effectively. Familiarity with contemporary design patterns and development practices is advantageous. Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) processes is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps (dev.azure.com) will add value to your profile. Previous experience in the fashion and manufacturing industries is a plus.
