We are seeking a skilled Web Intelligence Analyst to join our team and leverage web-based data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. This role will involve analyzing traffic patterns, user behavior, engagement metrics, and digital marketing performance to optimize our online presence, improve user experience, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other digital metrics to generate insights into user journeys and online performance. Web Analytics Setup & Management: Implement, configure, and maintain web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Reporting & Dashboards: Create and manage dashboards and reports that present data in a clear and actionable way, providing stakeholders with insights to optimize digital marketing strategies. Conversion Optimization: Work with digital marketing and UX teams to provide insights that support conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing strategies. Campaign Tracking & ROI Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across different channels (e.g., paid search, organic search, social media, email) and provide recommendations for improvement. User Behavior Analysis: Use web data to assess user experience, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements in website design and functionality. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitors’ websites, traffic, and digital strategies to identify industry trends and new opportunities. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to align web intelligence data with broader business objectives and marketing campaigns. Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of web data, identify discrepancies, and work on data validation processes. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web analytics and digital intelligence. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or data analysis. Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies. Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and CRO strategies. Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). Strong knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Experience with web optimization tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg, etc.). Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis. Knowledge of eCommerce platforms or content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress).
