As a Delivery Operations Team Lead at Accenture, you will be responsible for overseeing the Next Generation Customer Operations - Service Desk Non-Voice Support. Your role will involve managing the lifecycle of program operations, ensuring compliance with fraud prevention guidelines and program policies, and contributing to the smooth execution of onboarding programs and process audits. You will play a crucial role in maintaining program health, scalability, and profitability.
