Job Description

As a Delivery Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, your role will involve analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. You will be responsible for creating new solutions, leveraging existing methods, and adapting procedures as necessary. Your understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals will be crucial. You will be expected to establish strong client relationships, manage the finance process, and have experience of 10-12 years in areas such as accounting reconciliation, accounting journal entries, and financial management. Your primary upward interaction will be with your direct supervisor or team leads, while you will also engage with peers and/or management levels both internally at Accenture and at client sites. You should be able to work independently with minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments. Your decisions will have an impact on your team and occasionally on other teams. If in an individual contributor role, you may manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts.
