Role Overview: As a Lead for Delivery Excellence in SAP, you will play a crucial role in driving various DEx initiatives and meeting EPS leadership expectations. Your responsibilities will include supporting business development activities, standardizing contracts, implementing best-in-class delivery practices and tools, facilitating delivery governance, managing risk, ensuring product quality, monitoring SLAs, driving innovation, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support to business development activities such as RFP responses, solution reviews, and project delivery due diligence - Standardize contracts, review them before sign-off, and ensure compliance tracking of key contractual commitments - Implement best-in-class delivery practices, tools, standards, and models like CMMI, ISO, etc. - Facilitate delivery governance and performance reporting across services for projects, programs, and portfolios - Manage risk by identifying, mitigating, and reporting early risks in a timely manner - Drive the implementation of technical, Product & Service Quality (PSQ) assurance frameworks - Monitor SLAs, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive management by metrics culture - Identify and facilitate Continuous Improvement and Innovation focusing on customer-facing themes and ideas Qualifications Required: - Experience with latest SAP products like S4, SuccessFactor, IBP, and methodology like Activate - Experience in managing SAP Migration Projects such as S4 Greenfield Implementation, Brownfield conversion, and/or Bluefield conversion Project - Experience in managing Upgrade / Migration Projects, including S4 version upgrades and On-prem to Cloud migration projects - Exposure to quality management practices like CMMI, LEAN, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc. - Experience in delivering projects using Agile, DevOps, and Hybrid Agile methodologies - Competence in working with cross-functional teams and project management tools like Rally, JIRA, MS Project - Good communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interpret data for decision-making Please note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.
