Delivery Assurance Manager - L1

As a Delivery Assurance Manager at Wipro Limited, your main role is to facilitate the successful delivery of critical projects within the organization by mitigating all business, operational, contractual, technology, and people risks before the start of project delivery. Your focus will be on ensuring optimal client engagement and achievable business objectives. - Create and implement the Delivery Assurance framework for a Business Unit/ Service Line - Develop, review, and execute the Delivery Assurance (DA) Governance and Compliance framework - Establish strategic roadmap and guidelines for the team to mitigate all possible issues and business risks - Drive capability within the team through product and process training - Align and review project/ program management plans with compliance to enable terms of delivery/ execution - Manage escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with key stakeholders - Provide technical solutions, root cause analysis, and system performance evaluation - Ensure compliance with Corporate and Clients Escalation Policies - Support overall delivery assurance in sync with pre-sales/sales teams - Assist the Technical Manager in day-to-day management of Quality Management Systems and technical support activities - Draft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute contracts from a delivery compliance & assurance perspective - Enablement and governance of delivery assurance operations in line with Wipro objectives - Coordinate with Risk Management Team, Operations, Quality Assurance team, and relevant stakeholders - Ensure team resourcing, talent management, performance management, and employee satisfaction and engagement Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills in L&P Policy Acquisition & Servicing - Experience of 8-10 years Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions to address clients" most complex digital transformation needs.
