Delivery Associate

As a Delivery Driver, your role involves picking up packages from the warehouse or distribution center and ensuring they are in good condition before departure. You will be responsible for timely deliveries, ensuring all assigned packages reach the customers within the scheduled timeframe. Route planning is a crucial aspect of your job to optimize travel routes for efficiency and on-time deliveries. Handling customer interactions with a friendly and professional demeanor is essential, addressing any concerns or queries they may have during package delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Picking up packages from the warehouse or distribution center - Ensuring parcels are in good condition before departure - Making timely deliveries to customers - Optimizing travel routes for efficiency - Providing friendly and professional customer service - Handling customer concerns or queries - Ensuring careful handling of parcels to avoid damage - Following safety protocols during transportation - Utilizing GPS or navigation tools for efficient route navigation - Updating delivery status using delivery management software - Reporting any delays, accidents, or delivery-related issues to supervisors - Maintaining the delivery vehicle in good condition - Keeping track of fuel expenses if applicable Qualifications Required: - Education: Secondary (10th Pass) preferred - Language: Hindi preferred Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund.
