Role Description At Delarc Pharmaceuticals, institutional business is a key growth driver. We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused professional who can strengthen our hospital and tender operations and work closely with sales, marketing, and commercial teams. You will play a central role in managing institutional sales operations, ensuring data accuracy, timely coordination, and seamless execution of tenders, orders, and hospital business. Qualifications • Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce, Science, or Management preferred). • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data reconciliation). • Experience in pharmaceutical institutional sales or tender operations is highly preferred. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and analyze daily institutional business data, MIS reports, and performance trackers. • Maintain master databases for price lists, tender status, order execution, dispatch coordination, and payment tracking. • Coordinate closely with field sales teams, depots, distributors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Prepare quotations, rate contracts, comparative statements, and institutional documentation. • Support end-to-end tender management, including documentation, submission tracking, clarifications, and follow-ups. • Handle official email communication with hospitals, government institutions, distributors, and internal teams. • Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and audit-ready records for institutional business. • Provide timely operational and analytical support to sales and marketing team.
