As a Detailer/Car Washer at Capitol Ford, one of the Top 100 Ford stores in the nation, your role is crucial in ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by cleaning the interior and exteriors of both new and used vehicles. Your responsibilities include: - Placing buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles - Keeping lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the General Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards - Driving vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lots - Making key tags and handling inventory of vehicles - Retrieving and delivering vehicles from property locations - Detailing and washing cars To excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications to the table: - Ability to work flexible schedules and weekends - Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve - High school diploma or equivalent - Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service - Reliable transportation to and from work every single day - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
