Looking for DRA Certified candidates with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
Contact individuals and businesses with overdue accounts to collect payments.
Make a high volume of calls to customers.
Discuss payment options, negotiate settlements, and establish realistic repayment plans.
Regularly follow up with debtors who have missed payments or have outstanding balances.
Ability to negotiate payment plans and secure commitments from debtors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
