Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Captain located in Mumbai. The Restaurant Captain will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the dining room operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exemplary customer service. Daily tasks include managing staff, overseeing food and beverage service, communicating effectively with both customers and team members, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service. Qualifications Supervisory Skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Effective Communication skills Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations Strong leadership abilities Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
