The role at Wipro Limited entails supporting delivery through the development and deployment of tools. Your responsibilities will include providing tool design, development, and deployment support for project delivery. You will interact with internal projects or clients to understand project requirements from a tool perspective, design solutions considering tool requirements, current tools, and necessary licenses, and estimate budgets and timelines for tool development and deployment. It will be essential to identify sources for tool development, work with project managers on tool development, conduct commercial discussions with 3rd party vendors, and ensure error-free deployment of tools within the set timelines. The performance parameters will be measured based on the quality of solution, timely development within budget, timely deployment of tools, and error-free deployment. The mandatory skills required for this role are Datadog AIOPS, and the expected experience is 5-8 years.
