Role: Databricks Architect

Job Title: Databricks Solution Architect

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Bangalore (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Design end-to-end Lakehouse architecture on Databricks using best practices

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and real-time streaming applications

• Define data architecture patterns and technical standards

• Guide and mentor developers and junior engineers

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Evaluate and implement CI/CD, orchestration tools, and security models

• Optimize performance and cost efficiency in large-scale data systems

• Oversee integration with upstream and downstream systems (Power BI, Kafka, Snowflake, etc.)

Required Skills:

• 
  Strong architecture-level experience with Databricks and Apache Spark

• Expertise in Delta Lake, Databricks SQL, and advanced data engineering patterns

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP), including security, networking, and cost optimization

• Hands-on with DevOps/CI-CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/ARM), Git, and automation

• Excellent problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication
