You will play a direct role in shaping the culture, building the team, and influencing how Medpace grows in India by joining as a professional in the newest office in Hyderabad. Your work will have a meaningful impact on global projects from day one. As a founding member, you will help establish and lead operations in Hyderabad, contributing to Medpace's growth in the region. Despite being a new office, you will have the support of global resources and processes from a well-established Clinical Research Organization (CRO) like Medpace. Your responsibilities will include developing, programming, validating, and maintaining clinical trial databases according to company standards. You will also be tasked with maintaining and preparing data models, acting as the primary programmer contact to the data management team for assigned studies, providing necessary technical support, ensuring quality programming, and adhering to company standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a math or information science field. Flexibility, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with programming languages like C# and SQL would be advantageous.
