Job Description

As a Data Strategy consultant at Capgemini Invent, your role will involve playing a key part in the following areas: - Supporting product, sales, and leadership teams by creating data-strategy roadmaps based on your 8+ years of experience in Data Strategy. - Understanding enterprise data models to assist Data Scientists and Data Analysts in providing actionable insights to leadership. - Ensuring minimal cost-based solution architecture is created by understanding the current data pipeline. - Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams to discover solutions hidden in large data sets and improve business outcomes. - Identifying, designing, and recommending internal process improvements such as automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery. - Working with data and analytics experts to create frameworks for digital twins/digital threads and engaging in data literacy activities for all stakeholders. Your profile should ideally include: - 8+ years of experience in a Data Strategy role with a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field. - Experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, relational SQL and NoSQL databases like Postgres and Cassandra/Mongo dB, and data pipeline and workflow management tools like Luigi and Airflow. - Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases, query authoring, and familiarity with databases like Postgres, SQL, and Mongo. - Working knowledge in Data Strategy, Data Governance, and MDM, along with experience in creating data strategy frameworks/roadmaps and evaluating data maturity. - Experience in identifying and prioritizing use cases for businesses, KPI identification, and Data Analytics operating model with a focus on prescriptive, descriptive, predictive, and cognitive analytics.
