Data Scientist+Manufacturing

As a Data Scientist specializing in Manufacturing & Recommender Systems, your role will involve: - Conducting a detailed Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) of available data sources in collaboration with the business team to ensure data quality and completeness. - Developing and maintaining robust data preparation pipelines tailored to manufacturing datasets to support Machine Learning (ML) models effectively. - Collaborating closely with engineering and domain experts to design scalable solutions that meet business requirements. - Performing feasibility analysis to determine the potential development of recommendation systems or other ML algorithms based on business needs. - Working efficiently in a global, cross-functional team following agile methodologies for project execution. In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in Data Science with a strong expertise in Machine Learning. - Hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable ML solutions. - Proficiency in constructing recommendation systems and personalization algorithms using traditional ML models. - Prior experience working with manufacturing data and a solid understanding of industrial processes and datasets. - Proficient in Python, SQL, and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, etc., along with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts. - Experience with cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.
