As a Data Scientist in the Pharma domain, you will be involved in analyzing large datasets such as Claims, Sales, and Promotions to generate valuable insights. Your role will also include building and deploying scalable ML/AI models, including Deep Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI. Collaborating with various teams across data, product, and commercial departments will be essential, along with mentoring junior analysts and contributing to SOPs/QC processes. Driving predictive modeling for Healthcare Professional (HCP) behavior and patient journey outcomes will be a significant part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets (Claims, Sales, Promotions, etc.) to generate insights - Build and deploy scalable ML/AI models (incl. Deep Learning, LLMs, Generative AI) - Collaborate cross-functionally across data, product, and commercial teams - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to SOPs/QC processes - Drive predictive modeling for HCP behavior & patient journey outcomes Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python, PySpark, R, and Databricks - Experience with ML/DL Algorithms, LLMs, and Generative AI - Knowledge of Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure) - Prior experience in Pharma/Healthcare data modeling - Education: Bachelors required, Masters or MBA preferred If you are ready to contribute your expertise and make a difference in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry through AI, ML, and Predictive Analytics, this position is tailored for you.
