As a Data Scientist in the Pharma domain at our organization, you will play a crucial role in utilizing your expertise in AI, ML, and Predictive Analytics to drive impactful solutions. You will have the opportunity to work from our offices in Chennai or Hyderabad and the following responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets such as Claims, Sales, and Promotions to generate valuable insights. - Develop and implement scalable ML/AI models, including Deep Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI. - Collaborate effectively with data, product, and commercial teams across different functions. - Mentor junior analysts and actively contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Control (QC) processes. - Lead the predictive modeling efforts focusing on Healthcare Professional (HCP) behavior and patient journey outcomes. Key Skills & Tools essential for this role include proficiency in: - Python, PySpark, R, Databricks - ML/DL Algorithms, LLMs, Generative AI - Cloud deployment on AWS/Azure - Experience in Pharma/Healthcare data modeling is a prerequisite for this position. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates holding a Masters or MBA qualification.
