Lead with Vision: Provide technical leadership to a high-performing team, driving projects that generate significant commercial value. Ensure Excellence: Be accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all healthcare analytics projects from the India office. Innovate Solutions: Transform client challenges into actionable analytical solutions by collaborating with consultants and product managers. Drive Projects Forward: Oversee and delegate projects, clear roadblocks, and guide team members to successful completion. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships to achieve ideal project delivery and foster collaboration. The superpowers youll be bringing to the team: Analytics Mastery: Over 7 years of experience in a highly technical analytics environment, with strong coding skills in SQL, Python, and Snowflake, and expertise in handling large datasets to solve commercial business problems. Commercial Insight: Strong commercial acumen to understand business needs and suggest impactful analytics solutions, with experience in transforming client questions into actionable insights. Leadership Excellence: Proven experience in supervising and leading teams as a senior team member, project manager, or team leader, with a strong track record of managing internal and external stakeholders in dynamic, deadline-driven environments. People Development: Passionate about people management, mentoring, and development, with a keen interest in fostering team growth and success. Educational Foundation: Strong academic background with tertiary qualifications in engineering, mathematics, actuarial studies, statistics, physics, or a related discipline.
