Data Scientist AI ML Team

You will be working as a core member of a specialist team at Clari5.ai, defining, prototyping, and implementing data science models and algorithms as part of the product. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of the data science model from data collection to model building to monitoring the model in production. You will collaborate with product managers and domain experts to drive business outcomes and metrics through data science solutions. Additionally, you will work with the product managers and engineering team to establish best practices and conduct internal workshops. Mentoring junior colleagues and integrating data-driven decision making into the organization's culture will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Define, prototype, and implement data science models and algorithms for the product - Own the data science model end-to-end, from data collection to monitoring in production - Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to drive business outcomes - Define best practices for the team in collaboration with the product managers and engineering - Mentor junior colleagues and conduct internal workshops - Integrate data science and data-driven decision making into the organization's DNA Qualifications Required: - 3-8 years of experience in model building - Solid understanding of mathematics related to data science such as probability, statistics, and linear algebra - Ability to translate business concerns into technical problems solvable with data, math, statistics, or machine learning - Experience in building 2-3 end-to-end machine learning projects - Proficiency in R or Python - Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases - Experience working with large datasets from various sources is a plus - Conceptual understanding of big data technologies like Hadoop, HDFS, or Spark is a plus - Prior experience in Natural Language Processing, Recommender Systems, or Social Network Analysis is advantageous The company, CustomerXPs, is an Endorsed Category Leader in Financial Crime Risk Management Systems for Enterprise Fraud.
