Data Scientist - Advanced Analyst

As a Staff member in the Tax Technology Transformation team at EY, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and integrate technology solutions to better serve clients and engagement teams. Your role will involve applying machine learning techniques to deliver actionable insights, end-to-end coding using Python and R, and building systems to mine and structure massive datasets for machine learning models. You will work closely with clients and professionals in various areas of tax services to enhance value-add and improve efficiencies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Apply machine learning techniques to deliver actionable insights - End to end coding using Python, R - Responsible for model development including data exploration, training data, feature extraction, and model development - Build systems that mine massive datasets for machine learning models - Apply standard statistical methods and simulation models as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Masters degree in Statistics/Mathematics OR Bachelors / Masters degree in Science/Engineering/MCA - Hands-on work experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques - Expertise in programming languages such as Python - Strong programming skills, algorithm development, and database management systems In addition, EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global delivery network with teams across six locations.
