Data Science Intern

This full-time hybrid role for a Data Science Intern at Stylumia, located in Bengaluru with the flexibility of working from home. As an intern, you will be responsible for conducting data analyses, developing predictive models, generating insights, and supporting decision-making processes in the retail industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include data collection, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and presenting findings to enhance retail strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Build and experiment with AI/GenAI agents for trend discovery, demand sensing, pricing, consumer insights, search, and matching. - Work with real-world retail datasets (structured, unstructured, multimodal) to extract patterns and predictions. - Prototype and evaluate agentic workflows that connect data, insights, decisions. - Contribute to internal R&D on consumer-driven intelligence at internet scale. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to take concepts from idea to proof. Qualifications Required: - Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Science. - Experience in Statistics and Data Analytics. - Proficiency in Data Analysis techniques and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Knowledge of AI and machine learning is a plus. - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
