As a Data Operation Lead, your role will involve leading and managing the data operations team by providing direction, support, and performance feedback. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data operations strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient data processing and management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the data operations team - Developing and implementing data operations strategies, policies, and procedures - Overseeing data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management - Monitoring data quality and integrity - Collaborating with data engineering and business teams - Optimizing data workflows and processes - Ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards - Managing data-related incidents - Staying current with industry trends and best practices To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in a business or data related field (Master's degree preferred) - Proven experience in data operations and data management for loan data - Strong leadership and team management skills - In-depth knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management - In-depth knowledge of lending data, especially residential mortgages - Experience with data management tools and technologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Your key skills should include data integration, ETL process, data pipeline, and data processing.
