Job Title: Data infra Architect-Remote

Role Overview

The Data Architect will be responsible for the technical design and configuration of Microsoft Purview, metadata management, classification, and implementation planning for foundational data governance.

Key Responsibilities

Design metadata and classification frameworks

Configure Microsoft Purview, including scans, glossaries, collections, and role-based access controls

Lead integration of Azure SQL Managed Instance with Purview for metadata ingestion and data lineage

Document configurations, architecture diagrams, and technical workflows

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric

Proficiency in Azure SQL, data cataloging, and metadata management

Experience in data architecture, classification, lineage, and sensitivity labeling.

Familiarity with RBAC, MIP, and DLP policy configuration.
