Job Description

  • Role: Data Entry Operator / Clerk
  • Primary Goal: Maintain clean, secure, and accurate business records
  • Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (10+2)
  • Experience: Often entry-level; some positions require 1 year of clerical experience [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Input: Transcribe information from paper documents, PDFs, audio files, or scanned records into digital formats.
  • Verification & Error Correction: Check data against source documents, find discrepancies, and fix mistakes to ensure high accuracy.
  • Record Organization: Organize physical and electronic files, delete duplicate records, and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Reporting & Backups: Create routine management reports and perform regular data backups.
  • Confidentiality: Protect sensitive company and customer information following security protocols.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
