Job Description

Data Entry Operator or Computer Operator inputs, updates, and manages digital records and company files. They ensure information is accurate, organized, and secure across computer systems. [1]Key Responsibilities

Data Input: Type text and numbers from paper documents, PDFs, or audio files into spreadsheets and databases.
Data Verification: Check records for mistakes, fix errors, and compare entries against original sources.
File Management: Organize digital and physical files so records are easy to find and update.
Administrative Support: Print files, scan paper documents, and help with basic office tasks.
System Operations: Start up or clear computer equipment and report machine or software issues to managers.
Data Security: Keep sensitive company and client information safe and private.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed.
Software Knowledge: Good working use of MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suite.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus to spot missing numbers or spelling errors.
Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Education: High school diploma or equivalent certificate.

Pay: ₹11,682.90 - ₹33,954.36 per month
