Job Description

Data Entry and Computer Operator inputs, updates, and manages digital records while maintaining office hardware and computer systems. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

Data Input: Type text and numerical information from paper or digital files into databases quickly and accurately.
Data Verification: Check records against original source documents to find and fix errors or missing details.
System Maintenance: Run regular data backups, organize digital and physical files, and keep archives up to date.
Report Generation: Create spreadsheets, export data, and generate basic reports for team use.
Office Support: Operate office machines like printers and scanners, and handle basic equipment troubleshooting.
Confidentiality: Protect sensitive company and customer infollowing privacy rules. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills and Qualifications

Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills with high attention to detail.
Computer Literacy: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) or similar office software.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. Additional computer training or certification.
Age criteria 18 to 29 years

Pay: ₹11,705.09 - ₹33,981.20 per month
