Data Entry Operator – Job Description A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining information in computer systems and databases while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks. Main Responsibilities: - Enter data accurately into company software and databases. - Update and maintain existing records. - Verify information and correct errors or missing details. - Maintain digital records and documents. - Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets. - Scan, upload, and organize documents. - Handle data-related emails and documentation. - Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information. - Coordinate with team members to resolve data-related issues. - Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines. Required Skills: - Basic computer knowledge. - Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. - Good typing and data-entry skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Basic email and internet knowledge. - Time-management and organizational skills. - Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. Qualification: Usually 12th Pass or Graduation, depending on the company and job requirements. Experience: Freshers can apply.
